About the Position
This newly created role within our Support Centre will play a critical role in the development and delivery of CRM and data driven analytic initiatives. You will be responsible for transforming and optimising customer lifecycle campaigns that lead to an overall uplift in revenue growth and patient retention.
You will play an influential role by driving the data selection for CRM campaigns, developing and delivering analytical dashboards and insights, maintaining patient segmentation profiles, trend analysis and propensity modelling.
You will be an experienced CRM data analyst with a flair for shaping data driven marketing strategies thanks to your strong understanding of customer databases. Your experience will demonstrate your agility in responding to changing business needs, you can move from one task to the next with finesse, and all whilst showing exceptional attention to detail.
