About the Position

This newly created role within our Support Centre will play a critical role in the development and delivery of CRM and data driven analytic initiatives. You will be responsible for transforming and optimising customer lifecycle campaigns that lead to an overall uplift in revenue growth and patient retention.

You will play an influential role by driving the data selection for CRM campaigns, developing and delivering analytical dashboards and insights, maintaining patient segmentation profiles, trend analysis and propensity modelling.

About you

You will be an experienced CRM data analyst with a flair for shaping data driven marketing strategies thanks to your strong understanding of customer databases. Your experience will demonstrate your agility in responding to changing business needs, you can move from one task to the next with finesse, and all whilst showing exceptional attention to detail.

What we are looking for in our new CRM Data Analyst

  • 7+ years experience in CRM or Data Analytics roles.
  • Demonstrated experience using CRM and/or marketing automation platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Click Dimensions for multi-channel campaigns.
  • Demonstrated experience in analytics reporting development using a range of different tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Well-developed experience in the development and monitoring of performance indicators and benefits
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a high-performance team, driving / contributing to strategic direction, focused on process excellence and results / outcomes
  • Strong understanding of customer data analysis and key data insights and trends
  • Well-developed commercial acumen and proven ability to optimise campaign activity and post-campaign reporting to determine marketing effectiveness.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science or similar.
