The Role

We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Strategic Marketing Professional to take the lead as the Head of Marketing for over 100+ practices nationally. Reporting to the GM, you will play a critical role in the success of Maven and be an integral member of the Maven Leadership Team.

You will be responsible for the strategic development and delivery of the Maven Dental marketing strategy across all OMNI channels and will continue to build the new brand positioning “We’re the Wellness People”.   The business objective will be to drive new patient and retention outcomes for existing patients by instilling a customer (patient) centric, data insights and analysis approach for decision making and strategy development aligned to overall business objectives.  This will be achieved by leading a high performing, capable and engaged Marketing team.

You will be a proactive and self-motivated leader with strong stakeholder relationship management skills, with the ability to build solid collaborative relationships both internally and externally. Additionally, you will be an inspiring leader with the ability to bring out the best in your team, foster a high functioning, performance-driven team culture through leadership, coaching and mentoring.

About you

You will have proven success in a strategic marketing leadership position with the ability to work at a fast pace and be motivated to succeed by having a customer (patient) first and end to end customer (patient) experience mindset, in addition :

  • Proven success operating in a Strategic Marketing leadership position (GM Marketing, Head of Marketing, Director of Marketing, Group/Senior Marketing Manager or equivalent job title) with over 10+ years experience
  • Proven results in the development and execution of Strategic Marketing Plans integrated across all marketing channels for a large multi-site national organisation
  • Solid experience in developing brand, digital marketing transformation and data driven strategies utilising the latest trends and frameworks to drive new customer and retention growth targets
  • Exposure to Voice of Customer programs such as Net Promoter Score Surveys, focus groups, market research, brand track and ability to make recommendations based on data insights and analysis
  • Track record of effectively working cross-functionally to significantly grow a business
  • Well known contemporary and inclusive leader who will inspire, motivate and foster a high functioning, performance-driven team culture
  • Expertise in management of allocated marketing budgets
  • Strong analytical skills to interrogate data/results, highly numerate and experienced with visual data tools (Power BI)
  • Marketing and/or Business degree

Healthcare or associated industry experience highly regarded

  • Solid experience and understanding of latest CRM and marketing automation platforms and technology
