You’ll have well-rounded Hygienist skills, excellent communication capabilities [both verbal & non-verbal] and the ability to deliver successful patient outcomes. You’ll be grounded and able to take constructive feedback from experienced clinicians who are happy to share their extensive experience with you. We want to help you continue to grow and succeed in your career with us!!
Above all, though, your attitude to patient care will be second to none. You’re a real natural with people, you make everyone feel at ease in the chair, explaining things in a way that makes people comfortable, and you’re the kind of person that patients recommend and rave about!
What about the area?
The practice is in a great spot – it’s close to other health care providers and on a street that has lots of passing traffic. Halls Head is a coastal suburb of Mandurah (a city with a population of 100,000 residents) and is well known for its great beach with its large resident dolphin population & access to fantastic reserves.
This is a part-time role and will be 3 days per week Monday, Friday & Saturday.
You’ll be covering the full range of treatment plans for your patients and you’ll do this with the support and partnership of a seasoned Practice Manager and Lead Dentist – they will help you to make this role a real success.
The practice itself holds regular morning huddles, has a cohesive working environment and promotes exceptional patient care. The practice manager & Lead Dentist lead from the front and mentor and inspire their staff to consistently do better.
