Periodontist | Gordon

The opportunity
There’s a lot to do in this part time role. You’ll be taking over an existing book of patients and referrals. You will initially be working 2 or 3 days a week but there is huge potential here and growing to five days a week is highly achievable.

You will play an active part in keeping the cogs turning in the practice and you’ll understand that being a Periodontist isn’t an easy role [we completely understand this too!] but you’ll be up for the challenge anyway. You’ll have the comfort in knowing that you have the support & backing of one of the most successful dental groups in the business behind you every step of the way.

About You
You already have experience in a similar role although we would consider you if you have only been practicing as a Periodontist a short time.

You’ll be the type of Periodontist who is warm, confident and approachable. People feel comfortable telling you their oral concerns, and you approach them through a positive, wellness-focused lens and a real sense of optimism. You are someone that dentists want to refer to.

Your attitude to patient care will be second to none – you’re known for the way you handle patients.

What about the area?
The practice is in a great spot – it’s 30 minutes north of Sydney CBD in the Upper North Shore Suburb of Gordon. Its only 350 metres from the Gordon train station so has great transport links.

What we’re looking for in our NEW Periodontist:

  • Your skills are polished, and at a high industry standard;
  • You’ll have a current AHPRA registration with no restrictions;
  • You’re an articulate communicator, and you’re someone who has the innate ability to build rapport and trust quickly with your patients;
  • You’re a confident Periodontist with high levels of EQ and a proven track record of success in a similar role; And
  • You are committed to providing an outstanding patient-led service

So, why work for us?

 You’ll receive assistance from a highly experienced support function that will look after your Finance, Payroll, HR, IT, Marketing & Recruiting headaches – essentially freeing you up to do what you do best!

  • We’ll invest in you and your career - we love helping our people grow!;
  • You’ll work in an established practice with a team who genuinely love what they do;
  • We’ll provide you with on-going, up-to-date education opportunities;
  • We can give you the tools and resources to set you up for success;
  • Our communication is open, honest and collaborative;
  • You’ll have the support you need so you can focus on what you love and what you’re good at; And
  • We will support relocation when needed - because we’re nice like that.
