Dentalcare Mt Barker has a real legacy in Mount Barker hills. Having been in operation for over 65 years & forms part of Maven Dental. Collectively we provide exceptional patient care at over 110 practices throughout Australia and engage more than 1450 people. We see this growing over the next 24 months.
  
About the Position

This is a fabulous opportunity for a seasoned and polished Practice Manager to join our team on a full time basis.
  
This is a critical role for this practice, and we need someone who is just as confident and capable in managerial duties as they are managing a busy reception.

Working in a full-time capacity, you ultimately will be responsible for managing not only your own time, as well as a team of others with different levels of experience and skills.
  
You will be instrumental in driving the practice forward and seeing growth in patient numbers and clinician production.

  
About you
  
You will confidently and effortlessly work in a high volume, fast-paced workplace. Your previous experience will demonstrate you are quick to respond, you can move from one task to the next with finesse, and all whilst showing an exceptional level of detail. You’re naturally empathetic, you’re patient and approachable. You will lead a high performing team and the tasks you need to get finished throughout the day done with a high level of professionalism, and of course, outstanding service to all.  
  

What we are looking for in our new Practice Manager
  

  • Precious experience in dental with management responsibility;
  • Certificate III or IV in Dental is [ideally] required;
  • Prior experience in the professional day to day running of a practice;
  • Polished people management skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams to push & enhance staff productivity and performance;
  • Ability to help deliver local area marketing initiatives that will help drive new patient numbers and practice growth;
  • Proven business capabilities in reception and all of the administrative aspects that form part of running a successful practice;
  • Proven ability and demonstrated success to drive business growth and maximise profitability;
  • An ability to see process improvements and implement strategies and protocols to deliver exceptional patient experiences; And
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
