System Implementation Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate System Implementation Manager to join the organisation in a newly-created role across Maven Dental (Australia) and Lumino (New Zealand) based in Sydney.
You will be working closely with our high performing Growth Office team to ensure that we are able to deliver on our 5-year growth strategy by supporting and driving key business projects and initiatives. This role will be reporting into the General Manager Transformation and will be integral in stakeholder management and delivering large projects across the Australian and New Zealand brands.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive the implementation of growth projects
  • Coach project owners and team members on project management skills
  • Assess and benchmark projects against EBITDA targets
  • Provide the General Manager Transformation with support in the growth program and projects where required
  • Analysing and evaluating current systems and structures
  • Discussing current systems and projects with key stakeholders and understanding system functionality of the business
  • Provide solutions and advice to stakeholders for more efficient and effective business orientated outcomes and problem solving
  • Undertaking and analysing existing and proposed ways of working across business projects
  • Recording and analysing reports
  • Preparing and recommending proposals for the leadership team to review and consider
  • Assisting in implementing approved recommendations to ensure change is effectively managed throughout the process

What we are looking for

  • Tertiary qualified in a relevant field (MBA preferred)
  • 3 years + project management experience
  • Transformation program experience (preferred)
  • Strong ability to problem solve and think outside the box
  • Exceptional communication skills where you are able to positively influence change
  • Time management skills to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
