Jemma Rybarczyk joined the team at Halls Head Dental Group in 2017 as a Dental Hygienist and School Dental Therapist.
After graduating from Curtin University with an Associate Degree in School Dental Therapy and Dental Hygiene Jemma started her career with the School Dental Service. Jemma travelled through rural WA with the service before settling in Narrogin with where she met her husband. After giving birth to her two amazing sons she and her husband purchased a supermarket to start a new adventure. After a successful few years at the supermarket Jemma returned to what she loves and joined the team at Halls Head Dental Group.
Jemma is a talented and flexible member of the team who loves treating both adults and children. She loves doing hygiene work but is also trained to do fillings and extractions for younger patients. Even with her extensive experience Jemma is committed to keeping her knowledge up to date with a Stainless Steel Crown and Ortho Course in her plans for the future.
With her background in school dental therapy Jemma is passionate about children’s dentistry. “Dental Therapy is a challenge but very rewarding also. It’s great to be able to get on their level and help them through their treatment needs.”
Away from the practice Jemma’s sons keep her very busy! She is also very active playing women’s hockey in winter and mixed hockey in summer. Jemma recently completed a Biblimum Walk here in WA (that’s over 1000kms!).
