Dr Jackie obtained her degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine in 2007 and received her certification from Australian Dental Council in 2016.
Her training and practice involves and strongly focuses on the belief that oral health is an integral part of an individual’s totality. She is very thorough in understanding, diagnosing and formulating management plan that aims to provide a patient-centred outcome.
Dr. Jackie’s areas of interest are minimally invasive restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery and implants.
She regularly attends continuing education courses to improve her skills and feels very fortunate to be mentored by seasoned practitioners who share the same interest and passion in integrative practice.
Dr Jackie has a friendly and approachable nature. She knows and understands that dental treatment can cause stress and anxiety so she makes sure that you are comfortable and well informed before any procedure commences. She likes her patients to be involved in treatment planning, considering all the factors important to each individual.
Outside work, Jackie volunteers at the Cerebral Palsy Alliance providing treatment in their dental department. On her days off she enjoys bush walking for hours with her rescued Australian Cattle dog, discovering hidden spots in the Lower North Shore area. She also enjoys cooking, reading and being social with friends and family.
