Meet Your Dentist
DR REEMA ANJILIMOOTIL
Dr Reema Anjilimootil is a skilled dentist at Maven Dental Boyd Street, bringing over a decade of experience to her practice. She completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2012 and passed the Australian Dental Council examination in 2017. Dr Reema has a diverse professional background, having worked in private practice on the Gold Coast and trained dental students at Griffith University since 2014. She later spent three years working at a family-owned dental practice in the regional city of Mackay before returning to her home on the Gold Coast.
Originally from Kuwait, Dr Reema pursued higher education in the UK and India before migrating to Australia. Fluent in English, Malayalam, and Hindi, she enjoys building strong relationships with patients from all backgrounds. Passionate about cosmetic dentistry, root canals, and Invisalign treatments, Dr Reema is dedicated to conservative and preventive care.
She regularly participates in ongoing training to provide the best possible treatment. Outside of her professional life, Dr Reema enjoys long road trips with her family, exploring new destinations, and has recently rediscovered her love for swimming, which she incorporates into her routine.

Invisalign® treatment uses a series of clear plastic removable orthodontic aligners to gently move your teeth in small increments. For the best results, Invisalign clear aligners are to be worn 20 to 22 hours a day. Each aligner is slightly different, you’ll wear a set of aligners for one to two weeks or as prescribed by your dentist, before moving onto the next set.
