Narromine Shire Dental Surgery welcomed Cate Corcoran to the practice in March 2009 as the friendly and compassionate Dental Therapist. Cate began her career in dentistry in 2003 having completed her Diploma of Dental Therapy. Over the years she has gained valuable experience working as practice manager at Narromine Dental, working in the area of health in Sydney and Dubbo, and supervising students (BOH) at the Charles Sturt University in Dubbo.
In 2009, Cate joined the Narromine practice where she continues to provide the local community with quality dental care. She holds clinical interests in children's dentistry and aesthetic dentistry and loves working with kids and the elderly to help promote excellent oral health. Cate also enjoys attending local schools for dental education and screenings.
As a dental therapist, Cate works with an adult scope and is trained in treating patients of any age across a range of services. She is also committed to furthering her professional development and has completed her Post Graduate Certificate in Dental Therapy (Adult Scope) in 2014.
Away from the practice, Cate enjoys spending her free time outdoors, fishing and camping.
