Dr Tommie Strydom
Dr Tommie Strydom was born and raised on a farm in South Africa and attended school in Cape Town. He obtained his dental degree from the University of Stellenbosch in 1998, following which he worked in private practice from 1998 – 2007.
In 2007 Tommie immigrated to Australia and worked for the South Australian Dental Service as a District Dentist in Mount Gambier. In 2009 he moved to Coffs Harbour after completing his Australian Dental Council exam in Sydney in 2008.
As a father, he is extremely passionate about the oral health of children and enjoys educating and counselling children and adults on dental health, plaque control, oral hygiene and nutrition.
Away from the practice, Tommie enjoys kayak fishing, photography, wood working and spending time with his gorgeous daughter.
