Dr Vesna Kokolich

Principal dentist, Dr Vesna Kokolich, established Maven Dental Windsor in 2000 alongside her chiropractic husband, Robert. Dr Kokolich originally graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (Honours) from the University of Sydney and has been servicing the Hawkesbury region since 1990.

Over the years she has gained extensive clinical experience and while highly skilled in all aspects of general dentistry has developed special interest in implant and cosmetic dentistry. Committed to providing her patients positive dental experiences Dr Kokolich ensures she creates a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and approaches her treatments in a caring, compassionate manner.

Dr Rebecca Cerfontyne

Dr Rebecca Cerfontyne joined the Maven Dental Windsor practice in 2014 as a friendly and compassionate associate dentist. Dr Cerfontyne initially graduated with a Bachelor of Medical Science in 2009 (UTS) before going on to complete her Bachelor of Dentistry in 2013 at Sydney University.

Over the course of her dental studies, Dr Cerfontyne gained valuable experience volunteering in the regional towns of Bourke and Cessnock, and on rotation with the maxillofacial surgery department for several months. Upon completing her qualifications she joined the Windsor practice and has additionally spent time working at two Hills District private practices.

Dr Rebecca Cerfontyne joined the Maven Dental Windsor practice in 2014 as a friendly and compassionate associate dentist. Dr Cerfontyne initially graduated with a Bachelor of Medical Science in 2009 (UTS) before going on to complete her Bachelor of Dentistry in 2013 at Sydney University.

Over the course of her dental studies, Dr Cerfontyne gained valuable experience volunteering in the regional towns of Bourke and Cessnock, and on rotation with the maxillofacial surgery department for several months. Upon completing her qualifications she joined the Windsor practice and has additionally spent time working at two Hills District private practices.

Dr Cerfontyne enjoys being part of a small, friendly community and being able to help her patients maintain excellent oral health. While enjoying family dentistry, her main interests lie in oral surgery (particularly difficult extractions), paediatric dentistry, helping anxious patients of all ages and relieving dental pain. Dr Rebecca is a confident provider of Invisalign having completed both Basic and Advanced modules of training. She has also attended numerous courses on sleep apnoea in both adults and children and this remains a strong focus of her Clinical Practice.

Committed to furthering her professional development Dr Cerfontyne regularly attends continued training and Endodontic Society lectures (member of the Australian Society of Endodontics).

Outside of dentistry, Dr Cerfontyne keeps busy with her identical twin daughters and cheeky dog.

Dr Amrithha Kanagasabai

Dr Amritha Kanagasbai has joined the Maven Dental Windsor team as a friendly dentist after graduating from a Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Adelaide, 2021. Dr Amri is passionate about staying up to date with the latest dental technology as well as continued education and is currently completing her honours project.

Whilst enjoying all aspects of general dentistry, Dr Amri finds it very rewarding being able to take her patients out of pain and therefore has found a particular interest in root canal treatment and tooth extractions. She is passionate about helping patients of all ages maintain…

Dr Amritha Kanagasbai has joined the Maven Dental Windsor team as a friendly dentist after graduating from a Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Adelaide, 2021. Dr Amri is passionate about staying up to date with the latest dental technology as well as continued education and is currently completing her honours project.

Whilst enjoying all aspects of general dentistry, Dr Amri finds it very rewarding being able to take her patients out of pain and therefore has found a particular interest in root canal treatment and tooth extractions. She is passionate about helping patients of all ages maintain a healthy mouth to better their overall wellness and takes pride in changing negative perceptions surrounding oral health. Dr Amri loves getting to know each of her patients and believes her job provides many opportunities for her to meet a variety of people from diverse backgrounds.

Outside of the practice Dr Amri enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, especially her dog (he’s a maltipoo!). She also loves music and dedicates as much time as she can to playing the piano and saxophone.

Dr Nova Hossain

Dr Nova Hossain first started her dental journey while working at Maven Dental Inner West Sydney as an Oral Health Therapist in 2016. It was here where she discovered her love for teeth and was inspired to pursue a career in dentistry. Dr Nova graduated from the University of Sydney in 2021 with a Doctor of Dental Medicine and received multiple academic merit scholarships including the BOH (University of Sydney Merit Scholarship) and the DMD (H J V Cusack Memorial Prize) along the way.

Since graduating, Dr Nova has joined our Maven Dental Windsor team as a friendly and compassionate associate dentist. She brings an easy-going, cheerful nature to the practice, and you’ll always find her with a happy smile on her face. Dr Nova loves creating relationships with her patients and prides herself on providing a unique and positive experience to all patients while under her care. Her bubbly personality has even been known to put patients with dental anxiety at ease while in the dental chair.

Though Dr Nova enjoys all aspects of dentistry, she is particularly fascinated with oral surgery and treating TMJ disorders, as getting her patients out of pain and supporting their dental needs brings her great joy.

Outside of the practice, Dr Nova is a massive foodie! She loves getting amongst the restaurant scene in Sydney and can always give you a good recommendation, no matter which suburb you live in!

Dr Terry holds an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo (2011), a Master of Science from the University of Toronto (2018), and, most recently, a Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Sydney (2023). His time between degrees was marked by significant contributions to dental research, specifically in Dental Material Science and Cell Biology, where he contributed to numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals.

Born in Greece and raised in Canada, before making Australia his home, Dr Terry's international experiences have shaped his worldview and approach to dentistry. Growing up, Dr Terry was witness to the profound impact his mother's compassionate dental care had on patients' lives, and as such, was inspired to follow in her footsteps.

In the clinic, Dr Terry's interests are broad, with a keen focus on restorative dentistry, root canal therapy, and preventative care. Always eager to stay on top of the latest advancements, he plans to undergo additional training in clear aligners and cosmetic dentistry, allowing him to provide his patients with a wide array of treatment options. Dr Terry's passion lies not only in the technical aspects of dentistry but in the relationships he builds, ensuring he provides a comfortable and personalised experience for each patient.

Beyond dentistry, Dr Terry leads an active and culturally rich life. He enjoys playing basketball, practising yoga and martial arts, and engaging in Tango lessons with his wife. Alongside his fluency in both English and Greek, his love for languages sees him currently embracing the challenge of learning Mandarin.
