Dr Coreen Ho

Dr Coreen Ho joined Dr Chau at the Bellerive practice in 1986 as an associate dentist. Dr Ho graduated from the University of Adelaide in 1984 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. She began her dental career working alongside Dr John Austwick for 2 years before joining Dr Chau, where she has been practicing for over 30 years.

While enjoying all aspects of general dentistry, Dr Ho places strong emphasis on overall patient management including prevention and education. She also particularly enjoys working with children and their families to facilitate excellent oral health to last a lifetime. Dr Ho is fluent in English and can speak and understand some Cantonese.

Dr Susna Abraham is a dedicated and caring dentist practising at our Rosny Park clinic. She graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from James Cook University in 2021 and has developed a diverse foundation of experience across both private and public dental settings, including private practices in Canberra and regional communities throughout Queensland and Alice Springs. These experiences have strengthened her ability to provide thoughtful, individualised care tailored to each patient’s needs.

Dr Susna Abraham is a dedicated and caring dentist practising at our Rosny Park clinic. Dr Abraham enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centred care. She has a particular interest in root canal treatment and preventive dentistry and is passionate about managing the oral health needs of patients with complex medical histories.

After relocating to Hobart in early 2024 following her marriage, Dr Abraham has embraced everything Tasmania has to offer. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys long walks, running, and exploring cafés around the state.

Toni McGovern

Toni McGovern graduated with a Bachelor of Oral Health Sciences from the University of Essex in 2018, having previously qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2008. After six years at a specialist periodontal clinic in London, Toni moved to Australia in 2023, initially working in a periodontal specialist clinic before settling in Tasmania in May 2024.

Born in Devon, United Kingdom, Toni has always loved the countryside. Known for her positive energy and sense of humor, she enjoys making patients feel at ease, often lightening the mood with a good dad joke.

Toni is deeply passionate about motivating her patients to improve their oral hygiene. She finds it especially rewarding to guide nervous patients on their journey from apprehension to confidence, witnessing their transformation as they achieve excellent gum health and look forward to each appointment.

Building long-term clinical relationships is one of Toni’s favorite aspects of her job, and she values working alongside passionate colleagues, from specialists to nurses, who inspire her daily.

Outside of work, Toni enjoys walking her Bengal cat, Peanut, in scenic locations, camping, and indulging her love for all things Jane Austen. She is also an avid wildlife photographer and enjoys the art of calligraphy.
