Treatment with Invisalign® uses a series of clear plastic removable orthodontic aligners to gently move your teeth in small increments. For the best results, Invisalign® clear aligners are to be worn 20 to 22 hours a day. Each Invisalign® aligner is slightly different. You’ll wear a set of aligners for one to two weeks or as prescribed by your dentist before moving onto the next set.
Advantages of Invisalign® are:
Invisalign® uses advanced 3D software technology, that allows you to see the end results of your treatment before you even begin. An orthodontist or Invisalign® trained dentist will be able to advise whether Invisalign treatment is right for you.
Your dental and medical history
No special preparation is needed
Remember to rinse and clean your aligners each night to keep them fresh.
The cost of Invisalign® will vary depending on your teeth and the treatment plan to align them. Contributing factors can include treatment goals, length of treatment and your current tooth alignment. Your dentist or orthodontist will recommend a treatment option best suited to you and give you an estimate of the price and payment options during your consultation visit. We accept a wide range of payment methods and have plenty of flexible pay later finance options including Afterpay and 18 months Interest-Free*.
Treatment times for Invisalign® treatment will depend on the movement required to straighten your teeth and can only be determined by your dentist or orthodontist.
Aligners are most effective when worn at least 20 to 22 hours a day. We recommend only removing for eating, drinking anything other than water, brushing and flossing your teeth.
You may experience discomfort of pressure for the few days that follow each aligner change. This is completely normal and is a sign that the clear aligners are moving your teeth into their straighter position. Any pain or discomfort that you experience will be noticeably less than traditional metal braces can cause.
