Lindsay first fell in love with Australia whilst working as a dentist here in Queensland in 2011 and has now relocated from the UK with husband and two young children. With a passion for delivering a reassuring approach to dentistry combined with her breadth of knowledge and a young family of her own she excels in treating children and anxious patients offering a calm, confident and inspiring approach to dental care.
Outside of dentistry Lindsay enjoys spending time at the beach, making the most of the open water be it paddle boarding, swimming or scuba diving. She is passionate about triathlon, having represented Team GB numerous times and recently qualifying for world triathlon championships in Australia 2025.

Dr. Katie Hewitson joined Maven Dental in 2022, bringing with her a passion for all areas of general dentistry. Graduating in 2017, from the University of Liverpool, Dr Hewitson made the move to Australia in 2021 and has happily settled into life here in Maroochydore.
Dr. Hewitson is dedicated to providing exceptional care-with a gentle touch. She is committed to making her patients feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible, whether they’re visiting for routine check-ups or more complex treatments. Dr Ami Nambu graduated with Honours in Dental Surgery from the University of Sheffield and completed her foundation training at Treeline Dental in Keyworth.
Born in Japan and raised in Hong Kong, Ami moved to the UK for university and has lived and worked there since. She has a particular interest in restorative dentistry, which she sees as a blend of science and art. She enjoys the challenge of recreating natural-looking results using a variety of techniques and materials, and finds it especially rewarding when a restoration comes together seamlessly.

Ann-Marie was a dental assistant with Maven Dental Group prior to and during her studies. Her role as a dental assistant sparked an interest in advancing her knowledge in dental health and ignited a passion for providing an exceptional standard of dental care for both adults and children.
