Dr Mark has a strong belief that all patients should have access to the most modern dental treatments available, particularly in his small regional town of Gympie. He holds a firm belief that the practice of dentistry is most effective for his patients when working with the body as a whole, rather than focusing on the mouth in isolation. Embodying a holistic approach to oral health, Dr Mark embraces the complexities of functional dentistry.

Embracing his passion for holistic dentistry, Dr Mark not only performs an in-depth analysis of your oral health but also reviews the function of your airways, breathing patterns, sleep behaviours, nutrition and general wellbeing. He takes the time to understand your history and takes into consideration genetic, environmental and lifestyle factors that can influence long-term health and chronic disease. Dr Mark also offers to collaborate with your other health practitioners to ensure your care is coordinated holistically.

Dr Mark is highly skilled and experienced across all aspects of dentistry. Besides holistic dentistry and orthodontics, he is passionate about helping his patients restore the look and function of their mouths through dental implants. He is also committed to ensuring patients that might be anxious or nervous still have access to the dental treatment they need by offering sedation dentistry - learn more about this service.

If Dr Mark is not studying to further his knowledge of dentistry or spending time with his family, you will find him on his bike training for triathlons.
