Meet The Team

Dr Amritha Kanagasbai has joined the Maven Dental Windsor team as a friendly dentist after graduating from a Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Adelaide, 2021. Dr Amri is passionate about staying up to date with the latest dental technology as well as continued education and is currently completing her honours project.

Whilst enjoying all aspects of general dentistry, Dr Amri finds it very rewarding being able to take her patients out of pain and therefore has found a particular interest in root canal treatment and tooth extractions. She is passionate about helping patients of all ages maintain a healthy mouth to better their overall wellness and takes pride in changing negative perceptions surrounding oral health. Dr Amri loves getting to know each of her patients and believes her job provides many opportunities for her to meet a variety of people from diverse backgrounds.

Outside of the practice Dr Amri enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, especially her dog (he’s a maltipoo!). She also loves music and dedicates as much time as she can to playing the piano and saxophone.

Dr Sagar Dahal has been a dedicated and compassionate member of the dental community since 2013. He originally graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from BPKIHS, Nepal, and has since committed himself to providing painless, quality, and fulfilling dental care to his patients. Dr Sagar has furthered his expertise by completing the Australian Dental Council Exams in Melbourne and is currently pursuing a Fellowship in Restorative Dentistry.

Throughout his career, Dr Sagar has completed various certifications and courses in minimally invasive cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, dental implantology, orthodontics with aligners, and more. His extensive training allows him to offer a wide range of dental services, from general restorative care and wisdom teeth extraction to advanced cosmetic procedures and full mouth rehabilitation.

Dr Sagar is passionate about providing painless, quality, and fulfilling dental care that meets the unique needs and goals of each patient. He takes pride in creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere and approaches each treatment with a caring and compassionate manner.

Fluent in English, Nepali, and Hindi, Dr Sagar enjoys connecting with patients from diverse backgrounds. Outside of the practice, he has a variety of interests including soccer, tennis, snorkelling, surfing, hiking, and playing the guitar.

Dr Salu Maskey is a highly skilled dentist with over a decade of practice in diverse international and Australian settings. She is well-versed in alleviating dental anxieties, combining over a decade of empathy and professionalism honed through extensive cross-cultural dental experience.

Originally from Nepal, Dr Salu embarked on her journey in dentistry by earning her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree in 2013 from the prestigious BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences in Dharan, Nepal.

Upon completing her Australian Dental Council certification in 2018, Dr Salu commenced her dental practice in Australia, where she has been serving patients with a passion for oral health care. Known for her gentle touch, she is highly regarded by patients of all ages, from children to the elderly, within the community.

Her interest in dental implants and graft surgeries deepened significantly after working closely with a globally renowned periodontist. In 2019, she began applying her knowledge and skills in dental implants to her private practice. To further enhance her knowledge, she pursued a Fellowship in Implantology with Ripe Global Australia in 2021.

With a special focus on implant dentistry, Dr Salu blends technical excellence with a compassionate approach, ensuring that each patient receives personalised care tailored to their individual needs. Her gentle demeanour and patient-centred philosophy have made her a trusted name in the community, where patients consistently praise her for her warmth and expertise.

In addition to her dental qualifications, Dr Salu also holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Professional Accounting from Holmes Institute in Melbourne.

Beyond her professional commitments, Dr Salu is an avid dancer, painter, and traveller, finding inspiration and joy in exploring the world and expressing her creativity.
