Dr Jyoti Nathoo knew she wanted to be a dentist since primary school, as she always enjoyed her appointments in the chair! Originally from New Zealand, she moved to Australia for university, and has a Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science (2019) and a Master of Dentistry (2021) from Griffith University.
She is interested in endodontics, which she feels engages a different area of the brain and provides her with an opportunity to problem-solve. She also enjoys prosthodontic and cosmetic work, to strengthen teeth and improve patient confidence.

But most of all, Dr Jyoti is passionate about changing patients’ perception of dentists. She loves meeting new people, which always leads to interesting conversations.
When she’s not practising, Dr Jyoti loves to dance, sew, take long walks, and travel.

Sophie Carey is an enthusiastic Oral Health Therapist. Graduating with a Bachelor of Science (Oral Health Therapy) at Curtin University in 2021, Sophie is a bubbly, confident Oral Health Therapist who enjoys making dental appointments a wonderful experience for all her patients.
Sophie began her working career treating children and teenagers aged between 5-17 years within school dental clinics. She then went on to gain a plethora or experience working at the Oral Health Centre of Western Australia, treating a wide range of patients.

Sophie has a knack for working with children and goes above and beyond to make sure they feel comfortable before, during and after treatment, ensuring they are happy to return to their next appointment.
Sophie has a creative flare and enjoys painting, drawing and cake decorating in her spare time.
