Meet The Team

Dr Troy Ridgwell, born and raised Perth local, joined the team at Maven Dental Morley as a friendly and passionate associate dentist. After graduating from a Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Western Australia in 2019, Dr Troy has worked in two private practices in the Perth Hills where he gained extensive clinical experience and knowledge.

As a dentist, Dr Troy Ridgwell has an interest in general dentistry and providing quality dental care to his patients. While highly experienced across a broad range of dental treatments, he is particularly fascinated in minimal invasive dentistry procedures where he is able to preserve as much of a patient’s natural tooth as possible.

Dr Troy is passionate about servicing his Perth community and finds great pleasure out of meeting different people and educating them to improve their oral health. Dr Troy firming believes that healthy teeth make a positive difference to overall health and wellbeing.

When he’s not talking teeth, Dr Troy enjoys taking trips in his camping trailer and having some ‘screen free’ time outdoors sightseeing, fishing, 4wding and exploring with his wife and two young children in nature. He also loves watching a good movie or tv show.

Dr Rajy is a dentist with more than 19 years of dental experience in multiple countries.

He has a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Jordan University of Science and Technology (2004) and has practiced dentistry in Jordan, Abu Dhabi, and the United Arab Emirates. During this time, he attended numerous courses in implantology and dental aesthetics. He is now practicing from Maven Dental Morley.

Dr Rajy has a great interest in dental implants, as the ability to restore the look and function of normal teeth has always fascinated him. He also has 15 years of experience with dental veneers and eight years with endodontics.

His greatest joy is to help patients and solve their problems. He speaks both English and Arabic, and has been able to draw smiles and build trust with patients of all backgrounds throughout his career. 

Outside of practice, Dr Rajy enjoys reading books and playing group sports. In particular, he is an avid soccer fan!

Originally from Singapore, Dr Serene relocated to Brisbane to study dentistry. She graduated from University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Dental Science (Honours) in 2021.

She has since gained valuable experience working in public and private clinics in rural Queensland Bundaberg, and various locations around Perth.

Dr Serene enjoys practising all aspects of general dentistry and is passionate in learning about digital and minimally invasive dental practices. She regularly attends continuing education courses to improve techniques and expand skills, to provide quality comprehensive care to her patients. 

She enjoys helping and getting to know her patients, whether it is resolving their immediate dental problem, or improving their oral health and thus, quality of life over time and watching them grow in other aspects of life.

Outside of dentistry, she likes to stay active, travel, and indulge in the company of friends and family in Perth and back home.

Dr Peer Sulaiman graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in India in 2011 and went on to complete his Australian Dental Council certification. Since then, he has gained extensive experience working across both public and private clinics.

Peer is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident in the dental chair. He has a special interest in supporting anxious patients, pain management, and making every visit as stress-free and positive as possible. He believes in keeping dentistry simple by explaining procedures in clear, easy-to-understand terms, and is committed to staying up to date with the latest dental advancements to deliver effective and gentle care.

For Peer, the most rewarding part of dentistry is building trust with patients and seeing the relief and confidence that comes when their fears are eased, and their oral health restored.

Outside of work, Peer enjoys spending time with his family, watching movies, and playing chess.

Renata Wells graduated with a Diploma in Dental Hygiene from King’s Dental Hospital, London, in 2002 and completed a Diploma in Periodontology under Reena Wadia on Harley Street, London, in 2025. With more than 23 years of experience as a hygienist, she has worked across the UK, India, and Australia, and has developed a particular interest in managing periodontal disease.

Renata is highly motivated and passionate about helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles. She provides tailored oral hygiene advice, motivating and educating her patients to keep their smiles for life. Renata also enjoys mentoring new graduates, sharing ideas with colleagues, and working closely with her patients as part of a supportive team.

She is committed to continual learning and giving her best in every aspect of her work. Outside of the practice, Renata enjoys staying active through pilates, yoga, running, and surfing. She is also a member of Toastmasters International.

Arianne Delos Reyes graduated with an Advanced Diploma of Oral Health (Dental Hygiene) from Adelaide, South Australia, in 2023. She began her career with Maven Dental Morley straight after graduation, where she has enjoyed working with patients of all ages. Starting out as a dental assistant first sparked her passion for oral health and set her on the path to becoming a hygienist.

Arianne is committed to preventive care, with a particular focus on the early detection and management of periodontal disease. She prioritises creating a calm and compassionate environment, empowering her patients to take an active role in their oral health. She is also passionate about community engagement and looks forward to contributing to public health outreach initiatives, especially in communities with limited access to care.

Dedicated to continual growth, Arianne enjoys attending workshops and seminars to refine her clinical skills and apply new techniques that improve patient outcomes. Outside of work, she loves travelling, exploring the outdoors with family and friends, and relaxing with a good book.
