Meet The Team

Dr Alice Mood is the friendly, caring and compassionate lead dentist at Maven Dental South Coast. Having completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2009 at Adelaide University, Dr Mood began her career in dentistry working at the Adelaide Dental Hospital and then in a private practice in Darwin.

In 2011 Dr Mood sought a change of scenery and relocated to the South Coast region of New South Wales. She began work part time in a private practice and in the public system before finally joining the Maven Dental South Coast team in 2013.

In her role as a dentist, Dr Mood is passionate about providing quality care and treatment to her patients. She particularly enjoys working with patients to help them achieve a disease-free, comfortable and functional mouth - seeing their treatment through, from start to finish. Furthermore, Dr Mood loves being able to foster positive dental experiences in which she is able to assist patients in overcoming their dental anxiety, and leave them smiling and happy in visiting the practice.

Away from the practice, Dr Mood has a keen interest in an active, outdoor lifestyle and is often found camping, diving, surfing and fishing.
