To qualify, you must be 18 or older, have a healthy mouth, and have your dentist clear you for the program at your regular check-up & clean. To continue the program you need to maintain bi-annual dental check-ups and cleanings at Maven Dental Southport.

If you cannot make an appointment you must provide at least a 24-hour cancellation notice prior to the appointment and reschedule ensuring you still maintain your twice-yearly check and cleans to stay eligible for the program.

Lost or damaged trays can be replaced at the patient's cost.
Yes, certain foods and drinks can stain your teeth, which is why this program is so awesome! Attending your regular check-up & clean and receiving your regular teeth whitening top-ups will ensure your smile stays bright and shiny.
Maintaining good oral hygiene and avoiding excessive amounts of staining substances will also help keep your smile brighter for longer.

To qualify for the Whitening For Life Program, you must:
Be 18 years of age or older
Disclose to your treating dentist all medical conditions, medications, supplements, and allergies.
Have a healthy mouth free of dental disease as assessed by your dentist at the examination appointment
Be cleared by your treating clinician to participate in the Program
Receive a comprehensive dental examination and full mouth X-rays at Maven Dental Southport within 24 hours before starting the Program (additional terms and fees may apply)
Keep twice yearly examination and hygiene/cleaning appointments at Maven Dental Southport and be cleared by your treating clinician to continue in the Program in order to continue receiving complimentary whitening
The Maven Dental Southport Teeth Whitening For Life Program includes:
A take-home teeth whitening kit
Up to two (2) additional complimentary whitening gel syringes per year for personal use.
You are responsible for applying the whitening gel as directed in the original treatment when issued with the whitening trays.
Please note that lost and broken trays will be replaced at patients cost.
Patients must keep their preventative visits current (to include a minimum of twice-yearly examination and cleaning appointments) and provide at least a 24-hour cancellation notice prior to any appointment at Maven Dental Southport in order to receive a complimentary whitening syringe after their appointment.
One (1) complimentary whitening gel syringe will be supplied in 6-month intervals at the time of the examination and hygiene/cleaning appointment.
Not everyone is suitable for teeth whitening, your suitability will be determined by the clinician during your consultation.
Please note that the whitening outcomes vary depending on the application and lifestyle factors such as food or drinks that can stain your teeth. It is essential to maintain regular 6-monthly dental prevention visits.
Maven Dental may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Whitening for Life Program at any time in its sole discretion.
