Dr Michael Neuman joined the Maven Dental Yokine team bringing with him a wealth of experience and knowledge. He qualified as a dentist from the Wits University, Johannesburg in the 1980s. Since graduating Michael has had a successful career working across a number of practices around the world, including Cape Town, London, Wellington and Perth.
Michael enjoys working in a family practice delivering exceptional dental care to his patients. With a passion for the dental industry, he is always striving to make useful and favourable contributions to the practices he works in.
Dr Emma Hunter was welcomed to the Maven Dental Yokine practice as a highly passionate and experienced associate dentist. Dr Hunter completed her dental qualifications at the University of Dundee, Scotland, in 2010. She began her career working in the UK NHS system before relocating to Perth to enjoy a change in lifestyle.
While enjoying and offering all aspects of dentistry, Dr Hunter has a particular passion for helping nervous patients to feel comfortable and confident within the practice. She regularly furthers her skills and knowledge within her field by attending continuing professional development courses and additionally is a member of the Australian Dental Association.
Outside of dentistry, Dr Hunter spends her spare time indoor rock climbing, running and eating out.
Dr Vijaya Wagh joined the Maven Dental Yokine team as an associated dentist. Originally from Mumbai, India, Dr Wagh spent 15 years owning and running her own dental practice before making the move to Western Australia in 2012. Dedicated to helping her patients achieve lifelong oral health, she is experienced in performing a wide range of dental treatments and procedures.
Away from work, Dr Wagh loves spending quality time with her family getting outdoors and enjoying the sunshine. She also enjoys tending to her vegetable garden and cooking.

Originally beginning her dental career as a dental assistant Lee completed her Diploma for Dental Assisting from Natal Technikon in 1981. Following her passion for the industry she went on to complete her Diploma of Oral Hygiene in 1987 at the University of the Witwatersrand - receiving the Oral B Award for Most Outstanding Student.
After receiving her qualifications, she went on to work for an orthodontist, periodontist and prosthodontist before moving to Australia in 2013 and joining the Yokine practice. She wanted to have a bigger impact on people’s lives so sought the transition from office to dental surgery and never looked back.
Holly’s clinical interests include a strong focus on preventative patient care: through education and clinical intervention. She is enthusiastic about emerging, innovative approaches to treating gum disease. Holly plans to participate in Dental Public Health research in future with the University of Western Australia, either the goal of having a siding impact of patient care outcomes in the wider community.
Holly loves that her role allows her to build strong relationships with her patients over the course of their treatment. Witnessing patients confidence increase visit after visit provides her with true job satisfaction.
Holly moved from Manchester, England with her partner in November 2024. She has travelled to many different countries and loves to experience different cultures. She has a keen interest in cooking and love reading recipe books!
Outside of work Holly loves playing racket sports: in particular, paddle, Badminton and tennis. Moving to Western Australia has fuelled her love for the outdoors so she tends to spend most of her time there. Her evenings consist of walking by the beach and catching the sunsets with a good old cup of British tea! You can’t beat it!
