A graduate of Griffith University, he holds a Bachelor of Oral Health in Dental Science and a Graduate Diploma of Dentistry. While he was studying in Queensland, Dr Tom reinforced his learnings by working as a dental nurse. After graduating, he moved back to South Australia, working in busy clinics across Adelaide and Goolwa.
Dr Fitridge enjoys the variety that a day in dental practice can offer, with a keen interest in both simple and complex procedures, from fillings and regular cleans to root canals and crowns. He is particularly passionate about saving teeth whenever possible, utilising an array of modern techniques to provide the best outcomes for his patients.
Before his dentistry career, Dr Fitridge spent much of his school years focused on music study, leading to a stint as a saxophone teacher in Queensland. This experience honed his ability to engage and communicate, traits that he now applies when getting to know and help his dental patients.
Outside the practice, Dr Fitridge remains active and engaged in a variety of pursuits. Whether he's watching sports, running, hiking, travelling, or whipping up a delicious meal in the kitchen, he brings the same enthusiasm and energy as he does to his dental work.
