Chris Williams, Maven Dental’s General Manager still remembers when Peter became part of the Maven family. “Peter was actually my wife’s dentist when she was 10 years old. He joined the group back when we were still Dental Partners in 2011. They were named Dr Peter Feldbusch and Associates back then and both practices (Taree and Forster) came on board. Peter has been an active member of the network since acquisition and has always been a pleasure to work with.”
“Many practices have opened up in Taree since we acquired and rebranded his practices however the practices have gone from strength to strength under Peter’s stewardship. The competition has never adversely effected the business mainly because of Peter’s name being on the door.”
Peter has been part of the Taree community for over 40 years and has treated generations of Taree families and over the past week he has been inundated with messages, cards and gifts which is a testament to the impact he has had in the area.
So what does retirement have in store for Peter? “After I finish all the odd jobs around our home, I’m keen on woodwork so I’ll be contacting the local Men’s Shed. We also live by the sea so I’ll likely join the Local Coastal Service.”
Leaving the dental industry after 50 years, Peter’s parting words for up and coming dental professionals are; “Be pleasant, honest and focus on good quality dentistry, the rest will follow.”
A passionate yet humble dentist, Dr Feldbusch will be dearly missed by the Maven Dental network. He leaves big shoes to fill but, with the knowledge and expertise he has passed on to his associates, he leaves Maven Dental Feldbusch & Forster in good hands.
