It's important we keep up our routine with kids brushing their toothy pegs at least twice a day and flossing once daily. Your oral health is strongly linked to your overall wellness. Beware the cavity crusaders! Staying at home means our kids might have a lot of spare time and we all know they’re going to be tempted to snack throughout the day. When we constantly snack the bacteria and acids attack our teeth. So our saliva gets a chance to be the hero and neutralise the acids in our mouth, we need to reduce our kids’ snack times. Try sticking to set meal times and if you want to plan a snack opt for food that's good for your teeth.
